Bremen Bürgerschaft er parlamentet i det frie hansestad Bremen. Den mødes i Bürgerschaftens hus på Bremer Marktplatz. Præsident for Bürgerschaft er siden 3. juli 2019 Frank Imhoff.
Af de 84 valgte medlemmer sender byen Bremen 69 og byen Bremerhaven 15 medlemmer. De 69 medlemmer fra byen Bremen udgør normalt samtidig bybürgerskabet, den kommunale folkevalgte repræsentation for bykommunen Bremen. Byen Bremerhaven har derimod sin egen kommunale folkevalgte repræsentation, Bremerhaven byråd.
