Villa Parkstraße 5 er et fredet bygningsværk i Kölner bydel Marienburg og tilhører villaområdet Köln-Marienburg. Den blev opført i årene 1913 og 1914 for den Kölner forlægger Josef Neven DuMont efter et design af arkitekten Paul Pott. Siden 1958 har ejendommen været benyttet af staten Iran eller nært beslægtede institutioner.
