Ved flykatastrofen i Königs Wusterhausen styrtede et passagerfly af typen Iljushin Il-62 fra Interflug nær byen Königs Wusterhausen syd for Berlin den 14. august 1972. Ombord var 148 passagerer og otte besætningsmedlemmer, og ingen overlevede styrtet. På grund af en brand i halen mistede maskinen stabilisatorerne, hvilket førte til et fuldstændigt tab af stabilitet og kontrol over flyet.
Styrtet var den første dødsulykke hos Interflug, den statsejede luftfartsselskab i DDR, det mest alvorlige uheld i selskabets historie og den mest fatale flykatastrofe på tysk statsligt område til dags dato.
