Bryggeriet Adler-Brauerei Coswig, også kendt som Lößnitz-Quell, var et bryggeri i Coswig i den saksiske kommune Meißen.
I 1444 fik kommunerne omkring Meißen bryggerettigheder, herunder også Coswig. Fejlagtigt angives denne dato på nogle ølflasker som grundlæggelsesdatoen for bryggeriet. Faktisk eksisterer de første skriftlige omtaler af Coswig-øl først fra 1500.
