Erfurt Katedral (tysk: Erfurter Dom, officielt Hohe Domkirche St. Marien zu Erfurt[1], engelsk: Cathedral Church of St Mary at Erfurt), også kendt som St. Maria Katedral, er den største og ældste kirke bygning i den thüringske by Erfurt, centrale Tyskland. Det er bispesædet for det romersk-katolske bispedømme i Erfurt. Katedralen blev hovedsageligt bygget i den internationale gotiske stil og ligger på en skråning, der har udsigt over pladsen i byens hovedtorv (Domplatz, Katedral Plads).[2] Tidligere tyske navne inkluderer Marienkirche og Propsteikirche Beatae Mariae Virginis.
