Lippoldsberg er en bydel i kommunen Wesertal i den nordhessiske Landkreis Kassel. Lippoldsberg er den største bydel i kommunen målt på indbyggertal og – sammen med Gieselwerder – en af de to administrative lokationer.
Lippoldsberg ligger i den yderste nordlige del af Nordhessen i Weserbergland mellem Solling, Kiffing, hvor Bramwald ligger bag sig, og Reinhardswald. Det strækker sig direkte syd for den niedersachsiske kommune Bodenfelde, 6,5 km sydvest for Uslar, 7 km øst for Bad Karlshafen og 34 km nord for Kassel.
