Carreño er et kommune i den autonome region Principado de Asturias. Den grænser mod vest til Corvera, mod nord til Gozón og Cantabriske Hav, mod øst til Cantabriske Hav og Gijón, og igen mod syd til Gijón. Sammen med den nærliggende kommune Gozón danner det Cabo de Peñas kommunegruppe. Det har en befolkning på 10.301 indbyggere. Hovedstaden er byen Candás.
