San Martivell[1][2][3] eller San Martín Vell[4] er en spansk kommune i den catalanske region Gironés, i provinsen Girona, beliggende i den nordøstlige del af regionen og på grænsen til Bajo Ampurdán. Kendt senere som San Martín Vell, blev det i 1887 tilføjet kommunen Madremaña, og blev igen en uafhængig kommune i 1931 under navnet San Martivell.
