"Toro Jubilo" er en årligt tilbagevendende begivenhed, der finder sted i centrum af Medinaceli natten mellem den 12. og 13. november. Højdepunktet er at sætte hornene på en tyr, der er bundet til en stang i midten af Plaza Mayor, i brand. Derefter bliver tyren jagtet og tortureret, indtil den dør. Skikken har hedenske rødder fra bronzealderen og nyder en særlig kulturel status.
