Urgull er et bjerg, der ligger mellem den Gamle By i San Sebastián og den Nye Strandpromenade, tæt på det Cantabriske Hav.
På denne klippe bevares befæstninger, der engang omfavnede den gamle by fuldstændigt. Anvendt militært i fortiden, hvor det var den sidste bastion af det franske modstand i byen under belejringen af San Sebastián i 1813, huser de i dag udstillinger og udgør desuden en attraktiv bypark med spektakulær udsigt over de strande, der pryder byens ansigt. Urgull har også naturlig og eksotisk vegetation.
