Diocesen Urgell, på catalansk, Bisbat d'Urgell, er en latinsk kirkelig jurisdiktion inden for den katolske kirke i Spanien og Andorra, som er suffragan af ærkebispedømmet Tarragona. Diocesen har ærkebiskop Joan Enric Vives i Sicília som sin ordinarius siden den 12. maj 2003.
