Menorca Museum er en offentlig institution beliggende i byen Mahón på De Baleariske Øer, som er dedikeret til forskning og formidling inden for området for forhistorie og historien om Menorca.
Samlingen på museet består af genstande fra samlingerne fra det tidligere museum og fra arkæologiske udgravninger foretaget i de seneste år, samt fra indskud og donationer fra private og forskellige organisationer.
