Boussac er en fransk kommune med 1249 indbyggere i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den ligger i departementet Creuse, arrondissementet Aubusson, og er hovedbyen i kantonen Boussac. Indbyggerne kaldes Boussaquins. Boussac ligger cirka 33 kilometer nordøst for Guéret ved den nordlige bred af Petite Creuse og er omgivet mod nord af Boussac-Bourg og mod syd af Saint-Silvain-Bas-le-Roc. Afgangen fra jernbanelinjen Montluçon – Saint-Sulpice-Laurière og stationen ved denne flod er nu nedlagt.
