Saint-Goussaud er en fransk kommune i departementet Creuse i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den tilhører arrondissementet Guéret og kantonen Le Grand-Bourg.
Den grænser mod nord til Arrènes, mod øst til Châtelus-le-Marcheix, mod syd til Les Billanges, mod vest til Jabreilles-les-Bordes og mod nordvest til Laurière. Bebyggelsen består af landsbyerne Bossabut, Champégaud, Le Châtain, La Châtenède, Le Crocq, La Feyte, Le Fieux, Friaulouse, Les Gabiauds, Lavaud, Millemilanges, Redondessagne, La Ribière, La Roche, Séjoux og La Verdenne. Den højeste punkt i kommunens område er bjergtoppen af Puy de Jouer på 694 m. Oprindelsen af landsbyen er galloromansk.
