Indbyggerne kaldes Lésinois. Lésigny ligger ved Creuse, cirka 22 kilometer øst-nordøst for Châtellerault. Nabokommunerne til Lésigny er Mairé mod nord og nordvest, Barrou mod nord og nordøst, Chambon mod øst, Yzeures-sur-Creuse mod sydøst, La Roche-Posay mod syd samt Coussay-les-Bois mod syd og vest.
