Lauterbourg [lotɛʀˈbuːʀ] er en fransk kommune med 2331 indbyggere i Elsass. Byen er knyttet til præfekturet Bas-Rhin og ligger i regionen Grand Est. Navnet stammer fra floden Lauter, som stedet ligger ved.
Lauterbourg er den østligst beliggende kommune på det franske fastland og ligger i Oberrhein-sletten lige ved grænsen til Tyskland nær Karlsruhe. Ved udmundingen af den gamle Lauter i Rhinen findes det østligste punkt på det franske fastland.
