Honfleur er en by i Frankrig. Den ligger i Normandiet, på den sydlige bred af udløbet af Seinen over for Le Havre. Her udmunder Seinen i Kanalen. Honfleur er kendt for sin maleriske havn, præget af huse med facade dækket af skifer. Det er ofte blevet malet af Gustave Courbet, Eugène Boudin, Claude Monet og Johan Barthold Jongkind. Sainte-Catherine kirken, hvis klokketårn er adskilt fra hovedbygningen, er den største trækirke i Frankrig.
