Saint-Prix er en fransk kommune med 209 indbyggere i departementet Saône-et-Loire i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Kommunen tilhører arrondissementet Autun og kantonen Autun-2. Saint-Prix ligger cirka 22 kilometer vest for Autun, langs floden Méchet, i den regionale naturpark Morvan. I kommuneområdet ligger Mont Haut-Folin med 901 meters højde. Saint-Prix er omkranset af nabokommunerne Arleuf mod nord og nordvest, Roussillon-en-Morvan mod nord og nordøst, La Grande-Verrière mod øst, Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray mod syd samt Glux-en-Glenne mod vest og sydvest.
