Plombières-les-Bains er en kommune i Vosges-afdelingen i Grand Est i det østlige Frankrig. Det var sæde for det tidligere canton Plombières-les-Bains.
Les bains refererer til de varme kilder i området, hvis egenskaber først blev opdaget af romerne. I de følgende århundreder blev dens bade besøgt af Montaigne, Voltaire, hertugerne af Guise, hertugerne af Lorraine, Beaumarchais, Napoleon Bonaparte, Joséphine de Beauharnais, Napoléon III, Berlioz, Lamartine og Alfred de Musset. Det er stadig en kurby med mange bygninger fra det andet franske imperium, herunder kirken Saint Amé, bygget med den finansielle støtte fra Napoléon III.
