Saint-Jean-du-Gard er en kommune i de sydlige Cévennes, beliggende nord for departmentet Gard i regionen Occitanie. Udsat for et Middelhavsklima er den drænet af Gard, Gardon de Saint-Jean, Boisseson-bækken, Brion-bækken og forskellige andre små vandløb. Inkluderet i Cévennes har kommunen en bemærkelsesværdig naturarv: to Natura 2000-områder og fem naturområder af økologisk, faunistisk og florafaglig interesse.
