Aumont-Aubrac er en by og tidligere kommune i det franske departement Lozère i regionen Occitanie. Byen er en del af arrondissementet Mende. Den 1. januar 2017 fusionerede Aumont-Aubrac med La Chaze-de-Peyre, Fau-de-Peyre, Javols, Sainte-Colombe-de-Peyre og Saint-Sauveur-de-Peyre, som havde dannet kantonen Aumont-Aubrac, indtil denne den 22. marts 2015 blev væsentligt udvidet, til den nye kommune Peyre-en-Aubrac, hvor Aumont-Aubrac blev hovedbyen.
