Det 1. arrondissement er en af de 20 arrondissementer i Paris og har et areal på 1,826 km². Der bor cirka 17.000 mennesker. Arrondissementet ligger på højre bred. Den vestlige del af Île de la Cité tilhører dette arrondissement.
Ligesom alle arrondissementer er det 1. også opdelt i fire kvarterer: Quartier Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois, Quartier des Halles, Quartier du Palais-Royal og Quartier de la place Vendôme.
