Fosse Dionne er en karstkilde i den franske kommune Tonnerre i departementet Yonne i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Denne kilde ligger ved oprindelsen af stedets dannelse og er stedet, hvor rindende vand kommer til overfladen.
Denne karstkilde forsynes af nedbør, der trænger ind i den omgivende kalkbund fra Jura, samt vand fra en flod. Strømmen er bemærkelsesværdig høj: 300 l per sekund, varierer mellem 619 og 87 l/sec. Det hydrologiske område for denne kilde strækker sig 40 km omkring. I den gallo-romerske tid forsynede kilden vand til oppidum i Tonnerre.
