Katedralen Saint-Pierre i Poitiers i den franske afdeling Vienne er sæde for biskoppen af Poitiers. Den dominerende gotiske domkirke, som i sin helhed blev opført fra 1166 til 1271, bortset fra tårnene fra det 15. århundrede, står i centrum af byen og blev i 1912 anerkendt som Basilica minor.
