Adam elsker orden og kontrol, og har kun to ord på læberne: "Mit!". En dag planter han frøet af en "dyrblomst" i sit hus. Denne vokser og trænges gradvist ind i hans territorium. Selvom han prøver at skære alt væk, vokser planten mere og mere. Sådan opstår der et nyt forhold mellem de to, langt fra kontrol og frygt.
