Burlington House er en bygning på Piccadilly i Mayfair, London. Det var oprindeligt en privat palladisk herregård ejet af jarlen af Burlington, og blev udvidet i midten af det 19. århundrede efter at være blevet købt af den britiske regering.
Burlington House er mest kendt for den brede offentlighed som stedet for midlertidige kunstudstillinger fra Royal Academy, som ligger i hovedbygningen i den nordlige ende af gården.
