Oswestry er en markedby, civil parish og historisk jernbaneby i Shropshire, England, tæt på den walisiske grænse. Den ligger ved krydset mellem A5, A483 og A495 vejene.
Byen var den administrative hovedsæde for Borough of Oswestry, indtil det blev afskaffet under omorganisering af lokalregeringen med virkning fra 1. april 2009. Oswestry er den tredjestørste by i Shropshire, efter Telford og Shrewsbury. Folketællingen i 2011 registrerede befolkningen i civil parish til 17.105 og det urbane område til 16.660. Byen ligger fem miles fra den walisiske grænse og har en blandet engelsk og walisisk arv.
