Alfriston er en landsby og civil parish i East Sussex-distriktet Wealden, England. Landsbyen ligger i dalen ved floden Cuckmere, cirka fire miles nordøst for Seaford og syd for den hoved A27 hovedvej samt en del af det store område Polegate. Den civil parish har en befolkning på 769, stigende til 829 ved folketællingen i 2011.
Der er stærke beviser for gammel besættelse af området, da flere neolitiske langhøje er blevet opdaget på de omkringliggende Downs; blandt dem, mod vest, er den forholdsvis velbevarede Long Burgh. I saksisk tid blev landsbyen registreret som Aelfrictun, hvilket Domesday Book registrerer byen som 'Elfricesh-tun'.
