Nafferton er en landsby og civil parish i East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Den ligger ca. 2 miles nordøst for Driffield bycentrum og ligger lige syd for A614 vejen.
Landsbyen betjenes af Nafferton jernbanestation på Yorkshire Coast Line fra Hull til Scarborough. Ifølge 2011 UK Census havde Nafferton parish en befolkning på 2.433, en stigning i forhold til 2001 UK Census tallet på 2.184.
