Minster, også kendt som Minster-in-Thanet, er en landsby og civil parish i Thanet-distriktet i Kent, England. Landsbyen er officielt inden for Ramsgate og nordøst for Canterbury; den ligger lige sydvest for Kent International Airport og lige nord for floden Stour. Minster er også den "ældgamle hovedstad i Thanet". Ved folketællingen i 2011 blev landsbyen Ebbsfleet inkluderet.
Navnet stammer fra det latinske monasterium og betegner den historiske tilstedeværelse af et kloster eller en abbey.
