Scarborough () er en by ved Nordsøkysten i North Yorkshire, England. Historisk set en del af North Riding of Yorkshire, ligger byen mellem 10–230 fod over havets overflade, hvor havnen steiler stejlt mod nord og vest mod kalkklinter. Den ældre del af byen ligger omkring havnen og er beskyttet af en klippefremspring.
Med en befolkning på lige over 61.000 er Scarborough den største ferieby ved Yorkshire-kysten. Byen har fiskeri- og serviceindustrier, herunder en voksende digital og kreativ økonomi, samt er en turistdestination. Indbyggerne i byen kaldes Scarborians.
