East Chiltington er en landsby og civilt sogn i Lewes-distriktet i East Sussex, England. Det ligger fire miles sydøst for Burgess Hill og fem miles nordvest for Lewes. Det er et stribe sogn på 3,76 kvadrat miles, der strækker sig nordpå fra toppen af South Downs. Landsbyens kirke stammer fra det 13. århundrede; vikaren har også ansvaret for to kirker i Plumpton. Nær kirken ligger en pub, The Jolly Sportsman, ved siden af en vej på linjen af den romerske Sussex Greensand Way.
East Chiltington styres på lokalt niveau af East Chiltington Parish Council, som består af syv rådgivere, der mødes hver anden måned. Sognets råd repræsenterer sognet i anliggender, der styres på distrikts- og amtsniveau. Valget i maj 2015 blev udfordret af otte kandidater.
