Mevagissey er en landsby, fiskehavn og civil parish i Cornwall, England, Det Forenede Kongerige. Landsbyen ligger cirka fem miles syd for St Austell. Befolkningen i sognet ved folketællingen i 2011 var 2.015, mens befolkningen i valgkredsen ved samme folketælling var 4.354.
Landsbyen ligger i en lille dal og vender øst mod Mevagissey-bugten. De indre og ydre havne er travle med en blanding af lystbåde og arbejdende fiskebåde. Den har en blomstrende fiskeriindustri og er den næststørste fiskehavn i Cornwall.
