I oktober 2016 blev Hull plaget af aggressive krager. De angreb andre dyr og mennesker. Dette skete nær en nyligt lukket McDonald's filial. Dyrene levede af de mange fastfood-rester. Men på grund af lukningen af McDonald's på det sted, viste kragerne abstinenssymptomer fra den sukker- og fedtholdige mad.
