Trafford er et metropolitan distrikt i Greater Manchester, England, med en anslået befolkning på 235.493 i 2017. Det dækker 41 kvadratmiles og inkluderer området Old Trafford samt byerne Altrincham, Stretford, Urmston, Partington og Sale. Distriktet blev dannet i 1974 som en fusion af seks tidligere distrikter og en del af et syvende. Floden Mersey flyder gennem distriktet og adskiller North Trafford fra South Trafford og de historiske amter Lancashire og Cheshire. Trafford er det femte mest befolkede distrikt i Greater Manchester.
