Padstow er en by, civil sogn og fiskerihavn på nordkysten af Cornwall, England. Byen ligger på den vestlige bred af floden Camel's udmunding cirka 5 miles nordvest for Wadebridge, 10 miles nordvest for Bodmin og 10 miles nordøst for Newquay. Befolkningen i Padstow civil sogn var 3.162 i 2001 folketællingen, hvilket faldt til 2.993 ved folketællingen i 2011. Derudover findes der et valgt distrikt med det samme navn, men det strækker sig så langt som Trevose Head. Befolkningen for dette distrikt er 4.434.
