Portobello Road er en gade i Notting Hill-distriktet i Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea i den vestlige del af London. Den strækker sig næsten hele længden af Notting Hill fra syd til nord, omtrent parallelt med Ladbroke Grove. Om lørdagen er den hjemsted for Portobello Road Market, en af Londons bemærkelsesværdige gademarkeder, kendt for sine brugte tøj og antikviteter. Hver august siden 1996 er Portobello Film Festival blevet afholdt på steder omkring Portobello Road, og i 2015 blev Portobello Radio grundlagt som områdets community radio station.
Portobello Road var kendt før 1740 som Green's Lane – en snoet landevej, der førte fra Kensington Gravel Pits, i det, der nu er Notting Hill Gate, op til Kensal Green mod nord.
