Dover Castle er et middelalderslot i Dover i det engelske grevskab Kent. Dover Castle er det største slot i England. Slottet blev bygget i det 12. århundrede og blev beskrevet som "nøglen til England" på grund af slotts strategiske betydning gennem århundrederne.
Dover Castle har monumentstatus. Som en historisk bygning af national og arkæologisk betydning er det beskyttet mod ikke-autoriserede ændringer. Slottet, tunnelerne og det omgivende landskab forvaltes af English Heritage, og stedet er en vigtig turistattraktion. Tunnelerne har været genstand for meget forskning og udgør en vigtig del af Englands historie.
