Afon Cadnant er en lille flod på Anglesey, Nordwales, som munder ud i Menai Strædet cirka 1 km nordøst for Menai Hæng bro. Floden drænerer et stort set landbrugsområde fra Llandegfan til Llansadwrn og videre, med tilløb, der strækker sig op mod Pentraeth-skoven.
