Fermanagh District Council var et lokalt råd i Nordirland. Det blev oprettet ud af Fermanagh County Council og blev senere fusioneret med Omagh District Council i april 2015 under omstruktureringen af det lokale selvstyre for at blive Fermanagh og Omagh District Council.
Grænserne for distriktet var meget lig dem for det traditionelle Fermanagh County, som inkluderede hele dette amt plus et lille område af County Tyrone i Dromore Road og Kilskeery Road områderne. Rådhusets hovedkvarter var i Enniskillen.
