Kap Sounion er det fremspring, der ligger i den sydligste spids af den attiske halvø, 8 kilometer syd for byen Lavrio og 69,5 km sydøst for Athen. Det er en del af Lavreotiki kommune, Østattika, Grækenland.
Kap Sounion er kendt for sit Poseidontempel, et af de største monumenter fra Athens gyldne æra. Dets ruiner ligger på klippeskæringen, omkranset på tre sider af Det Ægæiske Hav.
