Glaslough er en landsby og townland i den nordlige del af County Monaghan, Irland, ved den regionale vej R185, 3 km syd for grænsen til Nordirland og 10 km nordøst for byen Monaghan. Glaslough vandt Irish Tidy Towns Competition i 1978 og igen i 2019.
Castle Leslie, et stort victoriansk landhus og luksushotel, ligger i udkanten af landsbyen.
