Barrowen er en flod i Irland. Det er en af De Tre Søstre; de to andre er floden Suir og floden Nore. Barrowen er den længste af de tre floder, og med 192 km er det den næstlængste flod i Irland, kun overgået af floden Shannon. Oplandet til floden Barrow er 3.067 km2, før floden Nore tilslutter sig den lidt over 20 km før dens udløb. Flodens langsigtede gennemsnitlige gennemstrømning, igen før den tilsluttes af floden Nore, er 37,4 kubikmeter pr. sekund. Ved sammensmeltningen med floden Suir er dens opland ca. 5.500 km2, og dens udledning er over 80 m3/s.
