Muckross Abbey er et af de vigtigste kirkelige steder i Killarney National Park, County Kerry, Irland. Det blev grundlagt i 1448 som et franciskansk kloster for de Observantine Franciskaner af Donal McCarthy Mor.
Det har haft en voldsom historie og er blevet beskadiget og genopbygget mange gange. Munkene blev ofte udsat for angreb fra røved Barbar og blev forfulgt af Cromwellianske styrker under Lord Ludlow. I dag er klosteret stort set tagløst, men bortset fra dette er det generelt ret godt bevaret. Dets mest iøjnefaldende træk er en central gårdhave, som rummer et stort ide-træ og er omgivet af en gulp-ordnet kloster.
