Carlanstown er en landsby og byområde i County Meath, Irland. Den ligger cirka 4 km nordøst for den større by Kells, County Meath på N52 vejen. Ifølge folketællingen i 2016 boede der 664 mennesker i landsbyen.
Moynalty-floden, som løber syd for landsbyen, krydses af Carlanstown Bridge, som dateres til c. 1800. Den lokale nationale skole, Scoil Mhuire Carlanstown, blev bygget i midten af 1940'erne.
