San Benedetto del Tronto er en by i provinsen Ascoli Piceno i den italienske region Marche. Badebyen ligger et par kilometer fra den regionale grænse mellem Marche og Abruzzo. Fiskerindustrien er meget vigtig for den lokale økonomi.
Byen, som især voksede kraftigt i det 20. århundrede, har et lille historisk centrum. Det vigtigste monument i San Benedetto del Tronto er det 13. århundrede sekskantede tårn Torre dei Gualtieri. Ved havnen ligger fiskehallen, som regnes for en af de største i Italien.
