Cesana Torinese er en italiensk kommune nær den franske grænse. Kommunen tilhører den metropolitanske by Torino i regionen Piemonte. Landsbyen ligger i Alperne, 1354 meter over havets overflade.
Cesana Torinese ligger cirka 90 km fra Torino foden af Montgenèvrepas, tidligere en vigtig adgangsvej til Frankrig. Tæt på ligger det kendte skisportssted Sestriere.
