Costigliole d'Asti er en italiensk kommune med 5.755 indbyggere i provinsen Asti i Piemonte. Den strækker sig over cirka 35 km² i Astesana, mellem Monferrato og Langhe.
Toponymet stammer fra Corte Costeliolae og senere Costigliolis, men da der ikke findes præcise skrifter, antages det, at navnet stammer fra dens beliggenhed og fra en træart, der er udbredt i området, lindetræet.
