Katedralen i Napoli, eller Katedralen for Marias Antagelse, er en romersk katolsk katedral, hovedkirken i Napoli i det sydlige Italien, og sædet for ærkebiskoppen af Napoli. Den er bredt kendt som Cattedrale di San Gennaro, til ære for byens skytshelgen.
Den nuværende katedral i angivinsk gotisk stil blev bestilt af kong Charles I af Anjou. Byggeriet fortsatte under hans efterfølger, Charles II, og blev færdiggjort i begyndelsen af det 14. århundrede under Robert af Anjou. Den blev bygget på fundamenterne af to palæo-kristne basilikaer, hvis spor stadig er tydeligt synlige. Under bygningen har udgravninger afsløret græske og romerske artefakter.
