Ceirano GB & C var en historisk bilvirksomhed, grundlagt i oktober 1888 af Giovanni Battista Ceirano, Emanuele di Bricherasio, Attilio Calligaris, Pietro Fenoglio og Cesare Goria Gatti.
Hovedkvarteret for det nye selskab blev placeret i Torino, hvor det begyndte at producere cykler under navnet Welleyes. Disse blev en succes, og i 1899 ansatte virksomheden Aristide Faccioli til at designe en lille bil med to sæder med det samme navn. Welleyes var en stor kommerciel succes for Ceirano, men lederne fandt sig ude af stand til at håndtere ordrerne på køretøjet. Derfor besluttede Ceirano i juli 1899 at sælge planerne og patentene til Giovanni Agnelli.
